Ms. Tuah is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences. She is a Registered Dietician.
Education
She had her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Master of Science in Dietetics all from University of Ghana.
Work Experience
She worked as a dietician at the Princess Marie Louise Children`s hospital for a year and later with Health Essentials Ltd, a Medical Consultancy for COCOBOD, CFAO group and Newrest In-flight Catering services, Accra-Ghana.
Science/Research Output
Her research interests are in the area of Dietary polyphenol, antioxidant and oxidative stress. Epigenetics and non-communicable diseases as well as malnutrition.
