Bertha Oppong-Yeboah is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation of the School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho. She is a physiotherapist with specialization in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation. She teaches Exercise Therapy, Geriatric Physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy and Health Promotion and Disease Prevention to undergraduate physiotherapy students.

Bertha Oppong Yeboah holds a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Applying Physiotherapy from Sheffield-Hallam University, United Kingdom (UK) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Physiotherapy from University of Ghana, Legon.
Research /Science Output
Her research interest is primarily musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise therapy for chronic pain management and for general fitness and health and research has been on chronic pain and dysfunction in the spine. Currently, she is exploring seniors’ fitness and health. This involves identifying barriers to physical fitness in seniors and rehabilitation interventions to promote mobility and functioning in this population.
