Mr. Phillips Kofi Atsu Larnyo is as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho.
Education
He had his M.Phil degree in Linguistics at the University of Ghana, Legon. His thesis is in the area of Cognitive/Psycholinguistics. Before then, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in French and Linguistics (Combined Major) also at the University of Ghana, Legon. He is also a product of the Université d’Abomey Calavi, Republic of Benin, where he obtained a Diplôme Universitaire d’Études en Langue Française (DUEF).
Work Experience
As a language expert, he has taught French and English Languages as well as Linguistics related courses at various levels prominent among which are: Ghana Military Academy and Training School, Teshie; Data-Link University College, Tema/Ho; Centre of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast, Ho Campus; Institute for Education Development and Extension, University of Education, Winneba, Ho Campus. He currently teaches various Language and Cognition related courses in Speech, Language and Hearing Disorders.
Science/Research Output
His research interests include: Cognition and Language, Communication Disorders, Rehabilitation and Integration across the Lifespan, Health and Behavioural Change Communication.
