About the School of Allied Health Sciences

The School of Allied Health Sciences (SAHS) is dedicated to delivering a high-quality, student-centered educational experience that prepares future professionals in Allied Health disciplines. The School fosters an environment that advances knowledge through rigorous scholarship and impactful research while emphasizing the importance of clinical skills and ethical practice.

In addition to its academic focus, SAHS actively contributes to the health and well-being of local communities and the nation through clinical services that enhance quality of life. At the foundational levels, Level 100 and 200 students undertake university-required, university-wide, and basic science courses offered by the School of Basic and Biomedical Sciences. Building on this foundation, SAHS provides introductory courses tailored to its professional programs, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their chosen Allied Health fields.
